After years of tough, dry and tasteless pot roasts, I just made the best pot roast in my new IP. I used this recipe bodycon sexy style items for prom http://www.pressurecookrecipes.com/pressure-cooker-pot-roa…/ but substituted Worcestershire Sauce for the Fish Sauce. I couldn't find it in our small town grocery store.
